Refund Policy

We strive to exceed your expectations for quality cleaning services. We inspect our work before leaving your home. Occasionally and without intention our crews may miss something. So if, after your inspection, you find our technicians missed something, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue the next day. Refunds are not offered however we are happy to correct any mistakes we made. Requests received by our office after that will be incorporated into your next scheduled cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, forty-eight (48) hours notice to Crisp Cleanings is required. Notice may be given by email or SMS (text). Should the First Time Client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice, the first time Client must pay 50% for the canceled cleaning. Should the Recurring Client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice on more than one (1) occasion, the Client must pay 50% for the canceled cleaning first offense and 100% of the fee for canceled cleanings thereafter. Canceling more than three (3) consecutive cleanings or more than seven (7) total scheduled cleanings, without prior approval of Crisp Cleanings, will be deemed a material breach and allow Crisp Cleanings to cancel the contract and/or pricing agreement or to seek legal remedies.

 

In the event that Crisp Cleanings needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hours notice will be given to the client. If Crisp Cleanings fails to give 24-hour notice, Client will be offered one free cleaning.
